Another favorite from our cookie collection. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup shortening |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup sugar |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup rice, krispies |
1 cup coconut |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1 cup salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Mix in order. 2. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. 3. Bake at 375 until golden brown ( 8 to 10 minutes). |
