The classic Toll House cookie recipe Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunk |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. 2. Beat together brown sugar and butter until smooth and creamy. 3. Beat in egg, stir in vanilla. 4. Add the flour mixture. 5. Stir in oats, chocolate and nuts. 6. Drop tsp 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet. 7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minute. 8. Let cool. |
