I love this recipe. My husband who hates both cottage cheese and tofu loved this. Ingredients:
18 oz extra firm tofu, diced |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 large onion,sliced |
1 cup mushrooms,sliced |
12 oz fat-free cottage cheese |
2 tbsp fat-free sour cream |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp dill |
12 oz egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Saute diced tofu in oil, remove when lightly brown. Set aside 2. Next saute sliced onions until brown. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and dill. 4. Add mushrooms to onions in pan. Add Soy sauce. 5. Add cottage cheese and dill mix, until warm. 6. Add browned tofu. 7. Blend, serve over whole wheat no-yolk egg noodles. |
