Sweet Potato, Red Pepper, Tofu, Broccoli, Onions, Brown Rice, Island Teriyaki Ingredients:
1 sweet potatoes, shredded |
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced |
14 ounces organic firm tofu |
3 medium stalks organic broccoli |
2 medium sweet onions |
2 tablespoons sunflower oil |
5 3/4 cups brown rice |
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook onions over medium heat until they begin to brown. 2. In separate pan, cook Tofu on med-high heat w/ a little of the teriyaki sauce. 3. Once the tofu is browned and crispy, combine with onions and the rest of the ingredients. 4. Add rice when ready. |
