Tofu Stew Ingredients:
30 g bacon |
5 g canola oil |
3 cups chicken stock |
2 pieces konbu |
150 g white radishes |
290 g zucchini |
185 g mushrooms |
1/2 head cauliflower |
7 garlic cloves |
5 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon fish sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 cups water |
600 g soft tofu |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Boil the konbu, water, stock and garlic for 20 minutes. 2. Add the vegetables and seasoning boil for another 10 minutes. 3. Add the tofu and the eggs and stir. 4. Serve. |
