wannabe tom yam with tofu Ingredients:
2 kg water |
210 g shrimps |
150 g tofu, silken |
115 g green beans |
40 g mushroom |
15 g lemongrass |
10 g garlic |
15 g ginger root |
2 g bay leaf |
2 tsp tamarind paste |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp white pepper |
1/4 tsp red paprika |
1/4 tsp turmeric |
1/4 c coriander leaves |
Directions:
1. boil all and simmer 20 min 2. add shrimp last and boil 5 min only 3. sprinkle coriander and serve immediately 4. squeeze lemon if desired |
