scrambled tofu without nutrional yeast Ingredients:
1 cup frozen spinach |
1 medium onion, diced |
2 tbsp garlic, diced |
2 tbsp olive oil |
16 ounces tofu |
6 mushroom |
1 cup vegetable broth |
Directions:
1. On medium-high heat, cook onions and garlic until fragrant. 2. Add mushrooms, cover and cook until mushrooms begin to brown. 3. Add crumbed tofu, frozen spinach and veggie broth. 4. Stir continually until spinach is completely cook. 5. Serve |
