1/2 lb tofu, pressed dry between paper towels |
1 garlic cloves, pressed |
2 tsp. soy sauce |
1/4 tsp. dried basil |
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary |
1/4 tsp. dried oregano |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredience in blender and puree until smooth. Goes well with tomato and cucumber sandwich. Stays fresh in fridge for 3 days |
