A delightful vegan spread that is easy to make, light, flavorful. Ingredients:
2 ounces firm tofu |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon hot sauce (cholula) |
1 garlic clove (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Press water out of tofu between paper towels. Cut into cubes. 2. Puree all ingredients together in a food processor. |
