my very picky daughter has lost mega lbs-so far- she loved this dressing both as a vegetarian and as a fat/carb conscious soul, adapted from cooking light Ingredients:
1 tablespoon water |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon thyme |
4 ounces silken tofu |
salt and pepper |
2 anchovy fillets |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a blender, liquify, chill until ready to serve. |
