I love the texture that the addition of tofu gives to this this salad dressing. Ingredients:
1/2 pound tofu |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1/2 teaspoon fresh |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives |
dash of freshly ground black pepper. |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes about 1 cup. |
