Each serving is 1 cup. Try to get low fat Silken tofu, if you can! I found this recipe on Joslin Diabetes message board. Ingredients:
12 ounces silken soft tofu (1 package) |
12 ounces silken firm tofu (1 package) |
1/2 cup chocolate soymilk (soy slender drink, chocolate flavor) |
1 tablespoon real vanilla extract |
1/4 cup cocoa |
3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (3 pkts) or 2 teaspoons stevia (2 pkts) |
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in food processor and buzz until ingredients are thoroughly blended. 2. Enjoy! |
