This creamy and rich smoothie is refreshing on a hot day, and good for your health. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft tofu |
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 banana, cut in chunks |
2 tablespoons honey or 1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 -2 ice cube |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in the blender, cover and process 15-30 seconds using on/off pulse action to break up ice. |
