An alternative to straight peanut butter. Has more protein and less fat. Great for those on weight watchers. Each tablespoon is 1 pt.
Ingredients:
12 ounces lowfat silken tofu
1 cup peanut butter
4 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Mix together using a hand blender.
2. Store in refrigerator.
