My little get-me-going in the morning. The tofu helps fill me up. 227.5 grams of silken tofu is half a block. Ingredients:
227 1/2 grams of silken tofu |
1 cup frozen peaches |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. crumb tofu into blender w/ a little juice, blend smooth 2. add fruit, yogurt and juice,puree until smooth. |
