This is adapted from bodybreak. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 fresh peach, peeled and chopped |
1/4 cup silken tofu |
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1/2 cup simply egg white |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients with some ice and process. |
