This one comes from my future mother-in-law. My fiancé begged me to get it from her. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but it looks good and he raves about it. Ingredients:
12 ounces soft tofu |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon shoyu |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
1 dash black pepper |
1 dash onion powder |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 jalapeno pepper, minced |
parsley |
1 dill pickles, minced |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1 teaspoon dill weed, minced |
chopped green onions or scallions or 1 small minced onion |
Directions:
1. Drain tofu for one hour to get water out. 2. Mash and mix in all ingredients. |
