Easy to make, it has a light flavor that goes great with salads or whatever else you normally would use mayonnaise in. I use it all the time as a mayo substitute and it works great. Ingredients:
8 ounces soft tofu |
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon mustard |
1 small garlic clove, crushed |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons water |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth. |
