This is great if you want to make a dairy-free lasagna. Firmness of tofu will determine texture of ricotta . Ingredients:
1 lb tofu |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients well. 2. Use in lasagna recipe in place of ricotta. |
