1/2 cup green onion, cut up |
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed |
1/2 lb tofu |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Chop green onion and parsley in a food processor or blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. |
