Homemade low cal very yummy tofu curry Ingredients:
250 grams tofu(roughly diced) |
1 onion (roughly diced) |
1 tomatoe (roughly diced) |
2 carrots |
120 grams peas |
2 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt (according to taste) |
1 tbsp curry powder |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. 2. Add the curry powder and saute for 1 min 3. Now add the rest of the ingredients along with water except the tofu. 4. Once it comes to a boil add the tofu and simmer for 5 mins |
