2 t olive oil |
16 ounces tofu, firm |
1 cup tomato sauce |
1 t cumin, ground |
1 t curry powder |
2 t fresh ginger, minced |
1 t sea salt |
Directions:
1. heat oil 2. add tofu, stir well, saute till light brown 3. add sauce and dry spices; stir well 4. add ginger, stir well 5. Bring to a simmer 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes |
