cake Ingredients:
400 g silken tofu |
400 g sugar |
218 g flour |
64 g cocoa powder |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
1 1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp salt |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
118 ml water |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients until well blended. Add tofu and vanilla extract. MIx until all the dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be very thick. 2. Add water and beat until smooth. Batter will thin out and have the consisitency of frosting. 3. Pour into 2 greased cake pans or into 24 muffin cups. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. |
