Easy to blend - use soft tofu Ingredients:
28 oz soft tofu (2 containers) |
1/4 c. oil |
1 egg |
1/2 c. lime juice |
1/2 c. sugar |
2 tsp. vanilla |
1/2 tsp. cornstarch |
Directions:
1. 1. Blend ingredients in blender. Work slowly, tofu gets heavy. 2. 2. pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes |
