Healthier version of paneer burji Ingredients:
200 g tofu |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed |
2 green chilies |
1 small onion |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste |
1 medium tomato |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Chop onions, tomatoes, chillies finely. 2. Heat oil , add cumin, onion, ginger-garlic paste and stir till onions turn brown. 3. Add chillies and tomatoes and fry till soft. 4. Add the spices and little water. 5. Add tofu, fry for few minutes till it blends into the masala. |
