Tofu based sauces from the Moosewood Cookbook by Molly Katzen. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) box silken tofu |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 -3 teaspoons cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar |
1/4 cup freshly minced chives (optional) or 1/4 cup freshly minced parsley (optional) |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 -5 dashes white pepper |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
white pepper, to taste |
minced chives (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and whip until smooth. 2. Store in a tightly covered container in the fridge. |
