A quick little chop-and-stir recipe for tofu. Add seasons and spices according to taste. Ingredients:
14 oz firm tofu |
1 tbsp orange juice |
1 tbsp canola oil |
6 oz chopped carrots |
2 cups broccoli |
1 cup chopped onions |
Directions:
1. Cook canola oil, broccoli, onions, and carrots in pan with desired seasonings. Chop tofu into small cubes, cook in separate pan with additional seasonings (I use chili powder and garlic powder). Add to veggies, continue cooking and add orange juice (optional) for a little extra flavor. |
