Surprisingly spicy abit eventhou tofu is bland and the prawns are sweet , Ingredients:
1/2 c prawns , cooked and reserve the stock |
2 c halved french beans , sliced carrots , cauliflower florets , mixed |
16 slices egg beancurd , slice into medallions |
1 tsp chilli pwd , 1 onion , 2 cm ginger - paste |
1 onion , sliced |
1 red chilli and green chilli , sliced |
Directions:
1. Stir fry the paste 2. Add the onions and chillies and fry until softened 3. Add prawns and the stock and boil 4. Add the vegetables and tofu 5. Mix well and serve |
