16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 cups bok choy, chopped |
2 cups napa cabbage, chopped |
1/2 cup peapods, cut in half |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. cook on low 6 hours. |
