a recipe given to me by a vegetarian friend. Ingredients:
9oz firm tofu |
2oz dry roasted peanuts |
2 red bell peppers |
2 green bell peppers |
Directions:
1. cut the tofu into small cubes. 2. gring the peanuts in a blender or food processor and pour onto a plate. 3. roll the tofu cubes in the nuts to coat. 4. preheat the grill to a medium heat. 5. seed the peppers and cut them into large chunks. 6. thread the chunks of pepper and tofu onto four large skewers. 7. grilll the kebabs for ten mins. 8. serve with a dipping sauce of your choice. |
