14 ounces extra firm tofu |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon coriander |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
3 green onions, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
Directions:
1. mash tofu with spices with a fork until well combined. 2. heat oil over medium heat with garlic and 2/3 of the onions. 3. add tofu and cook until moisture is gone (10-12 minutes). 4. add beans and the rest of the onions and cook 2 min. |
