Smoothies are always a delicios and fun breakfast! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or a mix of berries) |
1/2 banana |
3 ounces silken tofu |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds |
1 tablespoon wheat bran |
1 large oranges, juice of or 1/4 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon agave nectar or 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 1 teaspoon honey |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. |
