This tofu cheese cake tastes just like the real thing. For those of you who cant eat cheese, this is a must! Ingredients:
2- 8 oz tofu cream cheese |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 teaspoons flour |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended 2. pour into crust 3. bake at 450 for 10 minutes and 350 for 40 min or until inserted toothpick comes out clean 4. Enjoy |
