Toffee Topped Fudge Brownies

Sounds pretty close to heaven!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (10 ounce) package toffee pieces
3/4 cup mini chocolate chip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. Grease a 13x9 baking pan.
3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
4. Remove pan from burner; stir in the sugar and vanilla.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended.
6. Combine the flour and cocoa powder; gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring just until combined (do not overmix).
7. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan; sprinkle with the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
8. Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs on it.
9. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
