Toffee Dip with Apples

Crunchy toffee bits stirred into a creamy dip make this impossible to stop eating. It’s kid and adult friendly. Coating the apples with pineapple juice prevent them from browning.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup toffee bits (such as skor) (about 4 ounces)
1 cup pineapple juice
6 honeycrisp apples, each cored and cut into 8 wedges
6 granny smith apples, each cored and cut into 8 wedges
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add toffee bits; mix well. Cover and chill. Combine juice and apples in a bowl; toss well. Drain apples; serve with dip.
