This is a must try. Guests will never suspect the fluffy,layered specialty is on rthe light side. Ingredients:
1-1/2 c cold fat-free milk |
1 pkg. (1 oz)sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix |
2 cartons (8 oz. ea.) frozen fat-free whipped topping ,thawed |
1 prepared angel food vake (8 to 10 oz) cut in 1 cubes |
4 butterfinger candy bars or heath bars (2.1 oz ea.),crushed |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl,whisk milk and pudding mix 2 mins. Let stand 2 mins or till soft-set. Stir in 2 c whipped toppig. Fold in remaining whipped topping. 2. In a 13x 9 dish coated with cooking spray,layer half of the cake cubes,pudding mix and crushed candy bars. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
