I found this recipe on the internet, From the Kitchen of Debbie King . Her son Jakob won first place at a 1998 fair with these no-bakes. I haven't tried them yet, but they sound awfully good!!! Ingredients:
36 caramel candies (kraft's work well) |
3 tablespoons cream |
2 cups corn flakes |
1 cup rice krispies |
1/2 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Melt caramels in the microwave with the cream, about 2 minutes. 2. Stir well. 3. When melted, add in the cereals and the coconut being sure to coat everything well. 4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. 5. Allow to harden. |
