Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups crispy rice cereal |
1 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 cup flaked coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup english toffee bits |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream, butter, oil, sugars and vanilla. 2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 3. Combine the flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. 4. Add to creamed mixture. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 7. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. 8. Remove to wire racks to cool. |
