Toddler Peanut Butter Oatmeal |

My 20-month old absolutely loves this one and I thought yours might, too. Ingredients:
1/4 cup old fashioned oats |
1/2 cup water |
2 teaspoons natural-style peanut butter (i use organic. smuckers makes an organic, natural pb.) |
1 teaspoon brown sugar (i use florida crystals organic brown sugar) |
milk, as needed (i use about 2 or 3 tablespoons) |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Put the oats and water into a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. 2. Stir and microwave another 30 seconds, watching to be careful it doesn't overflow. 3. Stir in the peanut butter, brown sugar, salt and milk. 4. Smile as your toddler eats a healthy breakfast. :D. |
