This is a yummy looking recipe from Betty Crocker... Tasty and ingredients I almost always have on hand! Delicious served with ice cream. You can use 8 or 10 inch tortillas....butter or margarine... and you get to choose your ice cream topping! Chocolate, caramel, or butterscotch. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 firm ripe medium bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 flour tortillas, regular sized
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup ice cream topping, of your choice
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
2. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in half; brush with lemon juice. Place 1 banana half on each tortilla.
3. Mix sugar and cinnamon, reserving 1 tablespoon. Sprinkle the bananas with the mixture.
4. Roll each tortilla around the banana and place seam side down on the cookie sheet.
5. Brush with margarine or butter. Sprinkle the top with the reserved sugar and cinnamon.
6. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Place on dessert plates and drizzle with ice cream topping of your choice.
