My Filling Breaky Ingredients:
200 ml nonfat milk |
1 large banana |
2 tspn ground cinnamon |
30 g bread (1 slice wholemeal) |
1 tspn butter |
Directions:
1. toast 1 slice of wholemeal bread 2. spread on 1 tspn of light butter 3. slice up banana, put on toast 4. sprinkle on 2 tspns of ground cinnamon 5. put 200ml nonfat or skimmed milk in a glass and drink with breaky |
