Toasted Sesame and Sausage Tapas |

This is another recipe that I've adapted after having an evening catered in my home. Yum! Ingredients:
5 -6 links smoked sausage |
1 (8 ounce) jar pineapple sauce |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
toothpick |
Directions:
1. Roast sausage in oven or however you prefer to cook your sausage. 2. Toast sesame seeds in fry pan for a couple of minutes, until lightly toasted. 3. Slice cooked sausages on bias. 4. Add sausage and pineapple sauce to sauce pan. Sausage is cooked therefore you are just heating sauce at this point. 5. Place in serving dish and add toothpicks to the top pieces. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
