Toasted Sausage and Horseradish Sandwiches - Grzanki Z Kielbasa |

This one sounds delicious. I can't wait to try it. Ingredients:
8 slices white bread (two day old bread is best) |
1/4 cup soft butter |
1/2 lb kielbasa, skinned and chopped |
1/4 cup prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon flour |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit. 2. Spread each slice of bread on both sides with butter. 3. Cut each one in half. 4. Mix the sausage with sour cream, spread the sandwiches. 5. Mix the horseradish with flour and sour cream. 6. Spread over the sausage. 7. Put into a hot 450°F oven for 10 minutes. |
