Toasted Romano Crostini
Ingredients:
1 cup romano cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 green onions (chopped)
3 tablespoons roasted red peppers (chopped)
1 loaf french bread (cut into slices)
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Mix cheese, mayo, onions and red peppers.
3. Spread mixture on bread slices.
4. Place on baking sheet.
5. BROIL 3 minutes or until golden brown.
