Ravioli with the salsa, a combination of two worlds Italian and Mexican This appetizer is so good and filling. There might not be room for the meal. Ingredients:

non-stick olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
1 pkg. ( 9oz ) refrigerated cheese ravioli |
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs |
2 tbs. grated parmesan cheese |
1 tsp. dried basil leaves |
1 tsp dried oregano leaves |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
2 egg whites |
fresh tomato-basil salsa |
ingredients |
1 lb fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded |
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves |
1/4 small onion ( about 2 x 1-inch piece |
1 tsp. red wine vinegar |
1/2 tsp. salt |

Directions:
1. 1)Cook ravioli according to package directions, omitting salt. Rinse under cold running water until ravioli are cool; drain well. 2. 2)Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Spray large non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray. 3. 3)Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano and pepper in a medium bowl. 4. 4)Beat egg whites lightly in shallow dish. Add ravioli; toss lightly to coat. Transfer ravioli, a few at a time, to crumb mixture; toss to coat evenly. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ravioli. Spray tops of ravioli. 5. 5)Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, prepare Fresh Tomato-basil Salsa; Serve with ravioli. 6. Calories: per serving 167 7. Fresh Tomato-Basil salsa 8.
