These are a cinch to make, but you must let them set up and then cool down. Feel free to double. Ingredients:
4 cups water |
1/4 cup salt |
2 cups pumpkin seeds, cleaned and washed |
Directions:
1. In large pot, combine all ingredients. 2. Let stand for at least 24 hours at room temperature. 3. Heat oven to 200F degrees. 4. Drain seeds. 5. Butter large cookie sheet. 6. Place seeds on sheet. 7. Bake 1 hour. 8. Turn oven off, leave in oven until cooled completely. |
