Ingredients:
2 slices (1/2 in. thick) pound cake, toasted |
2 to 3 tablespoons deep, dark chocolate sauce |
1/4 cup rinsed, drained raspberries and/or blackberries |
2/3 cup ultimate vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Set 1 slice of pound cake on a plate. Drizzle chocolate sauce around cake. Add berries. Top slice with ice cream, then set remaining cake on ice cream. |
