Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place butter and pecans in a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 200° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels; set aside. Combine sugar, cream, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in pecans.
