1 cup chopped pecans |
2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons whipping cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Place butter and pecans in a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 200° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels; set aside. Combine sugar, cream, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. |
