A yummy luncheon dish Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
5 cups mushrooms, sliced |
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded |
8 green onions, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
french bread |
Directions:
1. Slice bread horizontally. 2. Pull out half of soft bread. 3. Beat butter until smooth. 4. Stir in mushrooms. 5. Mix in cheese, onions and garlic. 6. Spread on bread. 7. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400*. |
