This is a very quick and easy way to add that unhealthy yet yummy snack flavor to a healthy snack. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a small frying pan. 2. Add the crushed garlic clove, try to keep it whole as it makes it easier to take out later. Fry the clove for a few seconds for the oils to release then add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Stir the almonds until they are golden brown. Discard the clove and enjoy the almonds! |
